Ya'qub told us: My father told us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Humayd al-Tawil told me, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The prayer was called in the time of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, and there had been some dispute between the wives of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him. He said: So the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, began pushing some of them away from others. He said: Then Abu Bakr came to him and said, 'O Messenger of God, throw dust in their mouths, and go out to the prayer!'
