حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي الزُّهْرِيَّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ رَأَى فِي أُصْبُعِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ يَوْمًا وَاحِدًا ثُمَّ إِنَّ النَّاسَ اضْطَرَبُوا خَوَاتِمَ مِنْ وَرِقٍ فَلَبِسُوهَا فَطَرَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَاتَمَهُ فَطَرَحَ النَّاسُ خَوَاتِيمَهُمْ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Bishr ibn Shu’ayb ibn Abi Hamzah told us, he said: My father informed me, he said: Muhammad - meaning al-Zuhri - informed me, Anas ibn Malik informed me, that he saw on the finger of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, a silver ring for one day; then people took to making silver rings and wore them, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, discarded his ring, and the people discarded their rings.
