حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Malik told us: Hisham told us, and Abd al-Wahhab - Hisham informed us - from Qatada, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, cowardice and miserliness, and decrepit old age, and from the punishment of the grave, and from the trial of life and death. Abd al-Wahhab said: miserliness and cowardice.
