الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from Thabit, from Anas, who said, "The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, took a pledge from the women, when he accepted their allegiance, that they would not wail over the dead. They said, 'O Messenger of Allah, there were women who used to wail with us in the Age of Ignorance — shall we wail with them in return?' The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'There is no reciprocal wailing in Islam, no shighar marriage in Islam, no slaughtering of animals at graves in Islam, no jalab in Islam, and no janab, and whoever plunders in war is not one of us.'"
