[Struck out] Yahya told us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Banu Salimah wanted to move from their homes to be near the mosque, but the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, disliked the mosque being left without nearby residents, and said, "O Banu Salimah, will you not count your footsteps as reward?" So they stayed. Abdullah said: My father said: Yahya ibn Sa'id erred in this — it is rather that they would leave Medina empty, but Yahya said "the mosque," and my father struck it out here, though he had narrated it to us elsewhere in the book of Yahya ibn Sa'id.
