Waki' and Ibn Ja'far told us, both saying: Shu'bah told us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: There was alarm in Medina, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, borrowed a horse belonging to Abu Talhah called Mandub, and rode it. Then he came back and said, "We found nothing alarming, and indeed we found it to be like a sea."
