حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّلَاةَ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَصَلَّاهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَصَلَّاهَا عُمَرُ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَصَلَّاهَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ ثُمَّ أَتَمَّهَا بَعْدُ.

Hasan narrated to us: Ibn Lahi'a narrated to us, from Bukayr ibn al-Ashajj, from Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah ibn Abi Sulaym, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the prayer at Mina, two rak'as, and Abu Bakr prayed it at Mina, two rak'as, and 'Umar prayed it at Mina, two rak'as, and 'Uthman ibn 'Affan prayed it at Mina, two rak'as, for four years, then completed it afterward.
