حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّدِّيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ انْصَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الصَّلَاةِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Anas said: Nothing was more beloved to us than what happened when a man asked the Messenger of Allah: "When will the Hour come?" He said: "What have you prepared for it?" The man did not mention much, but said: "I love Allah and His Messenger." He said: "You will be with those whom you love." Anas said: We were never happier about anything after Islam than the saying of the Prophet: "You will be with those whom you love." Anas said: I love the Messenger of Allah, Abu Bakr, and Umar, and I hope to be with them because of my love for them, even if I have not done what they did.
