حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ بِالْبَقِيعِ فَنَادَى رَجُلٌ يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ فَالْتَفَتَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ لَمْ أَعْنِكَ قَالَ تَسَمَّوْا بِاسْمِي وَلَا تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was at al-Baqi' when a man called out, "O Abu al-Qasim!" He turned toward him, then said, "I did not mean you." [The man] said: "Name yourselves with my name, but do not take my kunyah [patronymic]."
