حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعَ قَاسِمٌ الرَّحَّالُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاة وَالسَّلَامُ خَرِبًا لِبَنِي النَّجَّارِ وَكَانَ يَقْضِي فِيهَا حَاجَةً فَخَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا مَذْعُورًا أَوْ فَزِعًا وَقَالَ لَوْلَا أَنْ لَا تَدَافَنُوا لَسَأَلْتُ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى أَنْ يُسْمِعَكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابِ أَهْلِ الْقُبُورِ مَا أَسْمَعَنِي.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sufyan narrated to us: Qasim al-Rahhal heard Anas say: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entered a ruin belonging to Banu al-Najjar, where he used to relieve himself, and he came out to us startled or frightened, and said: "Were it not that you would stop burying your dead, I would have asked Allah, Blessed and Exalted, to let you hear from the torment of the people of the graves what He let me hear."
