حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَرَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ بَعْثًا إِلَى بَنِي لَحْيَانَ مِنْ بَنِي هُذَيْلٍ قَالَ رَوْحٌ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ قَالَ لِيَنْبَعِثْ مِنْ كُلِّ رَجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا وَالْأَجْرُ بَيْنَهُمَا ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا وَصَاعِنَا وَاجْعَلْ مَعَ الْبَرَكَةِ بَرَكَتَيْنِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Isma'il told us, Ali ibn al-Mubarak told me, and Rawh told us, Husayn al-Mu'allim told us, Yahya ibn Abi Kathir told us, Abu Sa'id, the freedman of al-Mahri, told me, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent an expedition against Banu Lihyan of Banu Hudhayl - Rawh said: "of Hudhayl" - he said: "Let one of every two men set out, and the reward be shared between them." Then the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Allah, bless for us our mudd and our sa', and grant along with the blessing a double blessing."
