وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا قَالَ وَمَا كَرَامَةُ الضَّيْفِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ فَمَا جَلَسَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And with this same chain, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest" — he said it three times. It was said, "And what is the honoring of the guest, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Three days; whatever is beyond that is charity on his part."
