وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ هَاجَرَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَجَرْتَ الشِّرْكَ وَلَكِنَّهُ الْجِهَادُ هَلْ بِالْيَمَنِ أَبَوَاكَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَذِنَا لَكَ قَالَ لَا فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ارْجِعْ إِلَى أَبَوَيْكَ فَاسْتَأْذِنْهُمَا فَإِنْ فَعَلَا وَإِلَّا فَبِرَّهُمَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And with this same chain, he said: A man emigrated to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, from Yemen. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "You have left behind polytheism, but as for the emigration for jihad — are your parents in Yemen?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Did they give you permission?" He said, "No." So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "Go back to your parents and seek their permission; if they grant it, then emigrate, and if not, then be dutiful to them."
