روى‘Ubaid, the freed slave of ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Awf

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، أَنْبَأَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى أَنْ يُمْسِكَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ نُسُكِهِ شَيْئًا فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was narrated that ‘Ubaid, the freed slave of ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Awf said: I saw Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) say: I heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbid anyone to keep any of the meat of his sacrificial animal for more than three days.
