حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ اسْتِئْجَارِ الْأَجِيرِ حَتَّى يُبَيَّنَ لَهُ أَجْرُهُ وَعَنْ النَّجْشِ وَاللَّمْسِ وَإِلْقَاءِ الْحَجَرِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Kamil told us: Hammad told us, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade hiring a laborer before his wage was made clear to him, and forbade artificially bidding up a price (najsh), and the sale by mere touch, and the sale by throwing a pebble.
