حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ أَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ فَجَعَلْنَا نَعْزِلُ عَنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ نُرِيدُ الْفِدَاءَ فَقَالَ بَعْضُنَا لِبَعْضٍ تَفْعَلُونَ ذَلِكَ وَفِيكُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ مِنْ كُلِّ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ الْوَلَدُ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ شَيْءٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Waddak, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: We took captives on the day of Hunayn, and we began to withdraw from them while wanting to keep them for ransom. Some of us said to others: "You do this while the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, is among you?" So I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said: "Not every emission results in a child; if Allah wants to create something, nothing can prevent Him."
