حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَتَوَضَّأُ إِذَا جَامَعَ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَدْرَكَ الْحَرَّةَ قَالَ قَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ يَقْتُلُ حَبَطًا أَوْ خَبْطًا وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ حَبَطًا.

Sufyan told us, from Asim, from Abu al-Mutawakkil, from Abu Sa'id, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "He should perform ablution when he has intercourse and when he wishes to return to it again." Sufyan said: Abu Sa'id witnessed the Battle of al-Harrah. His father said: Yazid ibn Harun said, from Hisham, from Yahya, from Hilal, from Abu Sa'id: "kills through habat or khabat" - but it is actually "habat."
