حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَصُومُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِذَا كَانَ زَوْجُهَا شَاهِدًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ.

Muhammad b. Abdullah told us: Sufyan told us, from Abu al-Zinad, from Musa b. Abi Uthman, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "A woman should not fast while her husband is present except with his permission."
