حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ عَنِ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ali told us, from al-Hadhdha', from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "An animal's injury is without liability, a mine accident is without liability, and in buried treasure there is a fifth due."
