994/1317(صحيح)عن أبي هريرة؛ أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب".
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The strong one is not the one who wrestles others down. The truly strong one is the one who controls himself in anger.'
