835/1093(صحيح دون جملة الإمامة)عن ثوبان مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:"لا يحل لامرئ مسلم أن ينظر إلى جوف بيت حتى يستأذن؛ فإن فعل فقد دخل. ولا يؤم قوماً فيخصّ نفسه بدعوة دونهم حتى ينصرف(1). ولا يصلي وهو حاقن حتى يتخفف". قال أبو عبد الله: أصح ما يروى في هذا الباب هذا الحديث.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'It is not lawful for a Muslim to look into the interior of a house until he seeks permission; if he does so, he has [effectively] entered. Nor should he lead people in prayer and single himself out with a supplication to the exclusion of them until he finishes. Nor should he pray while needing to relieve himself until he has done so.' Abu Abdullah [al-Bukhari] said: 'This is the most authentic hadith narrated on this topic.'
