حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ سَوَاءٍ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْقُدَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ " . ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated by Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Hafsah (may Allah be well pleased with her), the blessed wife of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), that when the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) intended to sleep, he would place his right hand under his cheek and then say: 'Allahumma qini adhabaka yawma tab'athu ibadak (O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants).' He would say this three times.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین حفصہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا (نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی زوجہ مطہرہ) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب سونے کا ارادہ فرماتے تو اپنا دایاں ہاتھ اپنے رخسار کے نیچے رکھتے، پھر فرماتے: اَللّٰهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ (اے اللہ! مجھے اپنے عذاب سے بچا اس دن جب تو اپنے بندوں کو اٹھائے گا)۔ یہ تین بار فرماتے۔
