حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ فِتْنَةٌ يَكُونُ الْمُضْطَجِعُ فِيهَا خَيْرًا مِنَ الْجَالِسِ وَالْجَالِسُ خَيْرًا مِنَ الْقَائِمِ وَالْقَائِمُ خَيْرًا مِنَ الْمَاشِي وَالْمَاشِي خَيْرًا مِنَ السَّاعِي " . قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا تَأْمُرُنِي قَالَ " مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ إِبِلٌ فَلْيَلْحَقْ بِإِبِلِهِ وَمَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ غَنَمٌ فَلْيَلْحَقْ بِغَنَمِهِ وَمَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَلْحَقْ بِأَرْضِهِ " . قَالَ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَىْءٌ مِنْ ذَلِكَ قَالَ " فَلْيَعْمِدْ إِلَى سَيْفِهِ فَلْيَضْرِبْ بِحَدِّهِ عَلَى حَرَّةٍ ثُمَّ لِيَنْجُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ النَّجَاءَ " .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: There will soon be a tribulation in which the one lying down will be better than the one sitting, the one sitting better than the one standing, the one standing better than the one walking, and the one walking better than the one running (toward it). It was submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), what do you command me to do? He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Whoever has camels should stay with his camels, whoever has sheep should stay with his sheep, and whoever has land should stay with his land. It was submitted: What about the one who has none of these? He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Let him take his sword, strike its edge upon a stone to blunt it, and then escape as fast as he can.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: عنقریب ایک ایسا فتنہ آئے گا کہ اس میں لیٹا ہوا بیٹھے ہوئے سے بہتر ہو گا، بیٹھا ہوا کھڑے سے بہتر ہو گا، کھڑا چلنے والے سے بہتر ہو گا، اور چلنے والا دوڑنے والے سے بہتر ہو گا۔ عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! آپ مجھے کیا حکم فرماتے ہیں؟ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس کے پاس اونٹ ہوں وہ اپنے اونٹوں سے جا ملے، جس کے پاس بکریاں ہوں وہ اپنی بکریوں سے جا ملے، اور جس کے پاس زمین ہو تو اپنی زمین میں بیٹھ جائے۔ عرض کیا: جس کے پاس ان میں سے کچھ بھی نہ ہو وہ کیا کرے؟ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اپنی تلوار لے کر اس کی دھار ایک پتھر پر مار کر ختم کر دے، پھر جتنی جلد ممکن ہو نجات حاصل کرے۔
